Mercury

First light touching cliffs,

Lighting colored heights with Intensity,

Unseen since the nights cooling touch,

Flashes steam as heat of day touches,

Vacuum of night becoming,

More, raising,

A sweep of light waking sleeping,

Planet wakes.

Last light lingering over cliffs,

Color dimming, intensity fades,

Slowing, cooling, condensing

Vacuum of the night coming,

Less, dozing,

Loss of light inactive,

Planet sleeps.
