Well, it happened. I wondered when it would. The USA is officially lower on the international trust scale than China, Tunisia, and Rwanda. People from those countries and twelve more are allowed to travel to the EU, but the United States is not. This action is only the first step. There are logical next steps that I will discuss a bit later.

The travel ban shouldn’t be a surprise to anyone. Our government, specifically our Federal Government, has ignored, downplayed, and lied about the pandemic from the very beginning. Oh, and to be clear, it’s not the whole Federal government. It is the pollical appointees and members of the Republican administration and Republican members of Congress. So, thanks all for “Making America Great Again,” like we were in the 1810s and before. You know, that group of laughable bumpkins over in the wilderness that the rest of the world ignored because we were too backward to play on the world stage? That time in our history, that greatness, well you got your wish, we are back to that point as far as foreign relationships.
