When I was five

When I was five, I knew nothing. I wanted to learn,

When I was ten, I knew some things. I wanted to learn,

When I was fifteen, I knew everything. I didn’t need to learn,

When I was twenty, I knew everything. I could run the world,

When I was twenty-five, I knew almost everything. I could learn a bit,

When I was thirty, I knew quite a bit about most things. I wanted to learn something I didn’t know,

When I was thirty-five, I knew much about many things. I wanted to learn about things I didn’t know,

When I was forty, I knew, something about most things, I wanted to learn,

When I was forty-five, I knew, something about many things, I wanted to learn,

When I was fifty, I knew, a somethings about a few things, I wanted to learn,

When I was fifty-five, I knew, a few things about almost nothing, I wanted to learn,

Now that I am older, I know that we all can learn forever, the more we know, the less we know.
